Our Story
PA Housing was formed in April 2017 through the coming together of three organisations with a shared vision:
- asra Housing Association and Leicester Housing Association, both part of asra Housing Group
- Paragon Community Housing
This merger created Paragon Asra Housing Limited – now known as PA Housing – and brought together decades of experience, innovation, and commitment to social housing. Today, we own more than 23,000 homes across London, Surrey, and the Midlands, and we continue to grow with purpose.
Our roots run deep:
- Paragon Community Housing, formed in 2007, delivered award-winning homes in high-demand areas of the South East and West London, always focused on quality and customer satisfaction.
- asra Housing Association, founded in 1984, began as a provider for Asian older people and grew to become the UK’s largest Black and Minority Ethnic housing association, championing inclusion and community.
